Product reviews and ratings are synchronized between your website and the app. Reviews left by users in the app are immediately sent to the website.
Rating Setup:
To correctly display ratings, you must enable the rating system in WooCommerce.
- In the WordPress admin panel, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products.
- Check the box Enable star rating on reviews.
Moderation: If comment/review pre-moderation is enabled in WordPress settings, new reviews from the app will appear to users only after they are approved by the administrator on the site.
Note: Tree structure (nested replies to reviews) is not supported in the app.
